Old Joke

I was cleaning up the draft on Roy #7 and a passage in it reminded me of an old joke. If ethnic, sexually-themed humor bothers you, you can stop reading now.

Rabbi Saul had a good day doing circumcisions, after which he had a pile of foreskins. Being a thrifty soul, he decided that he needed to use them for something and not waste them, and after a bit of thought, he stitched them together into a wallet.

But since Saul already had a wallet and didn't need a new one, he figured he would sell it.

He ran into Jacob at the market. "So, Jacob, you want to buy a nice wallet?"

Jacob looked at the wallet. "Not bad work. What do you want for it?"

"Two hundred shekels."

"Two hundred?! What, are you nuts? I should pay that much for a wallet already?!"

"No, but look," Saul said. "See here? When you rub it, it turns into a suitcase ..."
